Arif ERKOL, PhD
CEO
He received his PhD in Management from the University of Economics and Business in Poznań. Dr Erkol is a serial entrepreneur. He is a managing partner and business development director at several start-ups, co-founder of the Assocation of Polish Universities for Internationalization. He specializes in managing EU Projects and consultancy for internationalization of Higher Education Institutions; actively involved, managed the process of acquisition/merger and restructuring of over 10+ higher education institutions. He was an expert in a team appointed by Poland’s Minister of Science and Higher Education to come up with reform proposals for the enhancement of Polish academia (the so-called Act 2.0). In the years 2019-2021 he acted as a rector’s plenipotentiary at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw. Dr. Arif Erkol’s interests include Ed-Tech, aviation, higher education, internationalization, and EU projects. He is co-author of 2 books and several articles.
Dagmara RYPULAK
Project Management Professional (PMP®)
Dagmara is an international certified Project Manager with above 15 years experience in project management. Economist and graduate of the University of Economy in Cracow. She specialized in investment, implementation, and especially education projects co-financed from UE and government budget – all of which passed the inspection of the supervisory authorities. Training and consulting projects for 2000 institutions and 10 000 participants, and 950 events like training courses, conferences, national and international study visits. Took part in international projects with Switzerland, Ukraine, Serbia, Germany, USA, and Italy. Cooperated with business, administration and NGOs. Fascinated by design thinking, actively engaged in finding unusual, innovative ideas. At Avista, responsible for education development. She coordinates national and UE tenders, searches for trainers and experts, designs educational offers.
