Arif ERKOL, PhD
CEO
Mr Arif Erkol is a co-founder and CEO of Avista Consulting & Management. He holds a PhD in Economics from University of Economics and Business in Poznań. During his time as a Chancellor of the Vistula University, it was ranked 5th among 320 non-public universities in 2016 and 1st in internationalization among all universities in Poland. Dr. Erkol was involved in the merger of 11 universities. He was an expert in a team appointed by Poland’s Minister of Science and Higher Education to come up with reform proposals for the enhancement of Polish academia (the so called Act 2.0). In years 2019-2021 he acted as a rector’s plenipotentiary at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw. Dr. Arif Erkol’s interests include aviation, e-learning, higher education, internationalization, and EU projects.
Dagmara RYPULAK
Project Management Professional (PMP®)
Dagmara is an international certified Project Manager with above 15 years experience in project management. Economist and graduate of the University of Economy in Cracow. She specialized in investment, implementation, and especially education projects co-financed from UE and government budget – all of which passed the inspection of the supervisory authorities. Training and consulting projects for 2000 institutions and 10 000 participants, and 950 events like training courses, conferences, national and international study visits. Took part in international projects with Switzerland, Ukraine, Serbia, Germany, USA, and Italy. Cooperated with business, administration and NGOs. Fascinated by design thinking, actively engaged in finding unusual, innovative ideas. At Avista, responsible for education development. She coordinates national and UE tenders, searches for trainers and experts, designs educational offers.
Hakan ÇAKAR

Hakan has been at Avista from the earliest days. A teacher by profession, he has worked in international student recruitment for higher education institutions in Poland for the last ten years. He has extensive knowledge of international student market especially with regard to Central Asian and South East Asian countries. He also helps with translations and content creation for web He has an MBA from Boston University .
